Our default across the fleet is a refundable damage hold of AED 1,000–3,000 at pickup (depending on the vehicle type), released within 10 working days of return. For drivers aged 23 or over with documentation in order and a clean driving history, we can often replace that hold with a flat surcharge added to your rental total — no pre-authorisation on the card, no weeks of chasing a refund.

Dubai rental companies handle deposits differently and it pays to understand how ours works before you book.

Standard deposit (default). At pickup we place a refundable hold on your credit card of AED 1,000–3,000, depending on the vehicle type. The hold is released within 10 working days of return, subject to no damage or fines. The cash-equivalent cost is zero, but you need available credit on your card for the duration. This is our default across the fleet and what most renters use.

No-deposit pickup (case-by-case for eligible drivers). For drivers aged 23 or over, with documentation in order and a clean driving history, we may be able to offer a no-deposit pickup — typically via a flat surcharge added to your rental total in lieu of the hold. Eligibility is reviewed per booking rather than promised up front, because the maths depend on the car, the rental length, and the driver profile. If you'd like to be considered for the no-deposit option, tell us at booking and we'll confirm (or decline) before pickup rather than at pickup.

Halo cars. For the Lamborghini Revuelto, Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory, Ferrari SF90, and Ferrari Purosangue specifically, the underlying vehicle value requires a larger damage hold regardless of the deposit option chosen — we walk you through the exact number at booking.

In every case the AED 495 reservation fee works the same way and counts towards your total. The deposit conversation happens at booking, not as a surprise at pickup — you always know where you stand before you arrive to collect the car.

Minimum driving experience: 1 year on your home-country or UAE licence. Mileage: 250 km per day, 1,500 km per week, 4,500 km per month. Unlimited upgrades available. Delivery: free within Dubai on monthly rentals; daily and weekly rentals carry a flat AED 110 delivery + AED 110 pickup surcharge. Paid delivery to other emirates. Payment methods: card, bank transfer, cash, crypto (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum). Salik tolls: AED 6 per gate, passed through at cost at end of rental. Traffic fines: billed at cost plus a small admin fee for processing, with a transparent breakdown. Cancellation: full refund on reservation fee if cancelled more than 24 hours before rental start. If you are a tourist visiting the UAE, bring:

Passport — original, valid for the entire rental period. Home-country driving licence — valid, not expired, issued at least 12 months ago. International Driving Permit (IDP) — mandatory on all performance cars and recommended on every rental. IDPs are usually issued same-day by your country's automobile association. Credit card in your own name — used for the reservation fee online and for any damage deposit at pickup. Debit cards are accepted at pickup for the balance but cannot be used for the deposit hold. Entry stamp or UAE visa — we verify this at pickup to confirm your tourist status.

If you are a UAE resident, bring:

Emirates ID — original, valid. UAE driving licence — valid, not expired. Credit card in your own name — same rules as above. Resident customers on longer rentals can sometimes substitute bank transfer for the deposit hold; ask at booking. UAE-registered mobile number — for rental communication, Salik verification, and fine processing.

For corporate or company rentals we accept trade licence, company stamp, and authorisation letter from an empowered signatory. Let us know at booking if you need an invoice made out to a company name rather than an individual.

The no-deposit option is reviewed per booking rather than guaranteed on any specific car or to any specific customer. Two filters apply.

Driver eligibility. You must be aged 23 or over, hold a valid licence of at least 12 months, be renting on your own credit card, and either be a returning LuxeClub customer or pass our standard rental-history check. Drivers under 23 are not eligible for the no-deposit option on any car — they can still rent from us under the standard deposit model, which is how most first-time rentals begin.

Car-specific review. Most mainstream luxury cars in our fleet (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, Bentley Continental and Bentayga, mid-range Ferrari and Lamborghini, and similar) are open to the no-deposit review for eligible drivers. The halo cars — Lamborghini Revuelto, Ferrari SF90, Ferrari Purosangue, Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory, Rolls-Royce Ghost, Rolls-Royce Dawn — have a higher underlying value and are reviewed more tightly; a larger refundable deposit is usually the practical path on these cars, even for fully eligible drivers.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) — we meet you at arrivals for Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 with a named driver. Covered by the standard delivery arrangement (free on monthly rentals, AED 110 + AED 110 on daily/weekly). Small unsocial-hours fee may apply for very early or very late flights.

Al Maktoum International (DWC) — both the private-jet terminal and the main passenger terminal are covered by the standard delivery arrangement. Most DWC rentals are private-aviation customers who book the larger SUVs (Cullinan, Bentayga, Purosangue) for group transfers.
