About BMW Car Rental Dubai
We keep four M-badged BMWs in our Dubai fleet, each chosen for a different kind of driving day.
The BMW M3 Competition is the sharpest of the four — a twin-turbo straight-six putting 503bhp through the rear wheels, 0-100 in 3.9 seconds, and the mid-corner precision that reminds you why M-cars became the benchmark everyone else tries to beat. It's our most affordable M-car at AED 1,300 a day, and the one we recommend if you want to actually drive rather than just be seen driving.
The BMW M4 Competition is the M3's coupe sibling — same drivetrain, same chassis dynamics, but with a more aggressive silhouette and a ride that leans slightly more track-focused than the saloon. From AED 1,400 a day.
The BMW X6 M Competition in Ultra Blue is the performance SUV for people who need four doors and occasional cargo space without giving up the M-division feel. 616bhp from a twin-turbo V8, 0-100 in 3.8 seconds, and the ride height to see over Dubai's G63 traffic. From AED 1,500 a day.
The BMW M5 Competition is the flagship — a four-door muscle saloon with 617bhp, all-wheel drive when you want it, rear-wheel drive when you don't, and the effortless highway pace that makes Abu Dhabi feel like 20 minutes away. From AED 2,000 a day.
All four are 2023 or newer, fully serviced before every rental, and delivered to your Dubai location with a full handover walkthrough.
Every rental includes comprehensive insurance and a full handover walkthrough. Delivery across Dubai is free on monthly rentals; daily and weekly rentals carry a flat AED 110 delivery + AED 110 pickup surcharge. No hidden fees.

Complete guide to driving in Dubai as a tourist. Licence requirements, speed limits, Salik tolls, parking, fuel prices, and tips to avoid fines.
Dubai is one of the best cities in the world to experience what BMW's M-division actually builds. The roads are immaculate, the temperature is car-friendly for 10 months of the year, and there's enough dual-carriageway between you and the next city that you can use third and fourth gear properly — something most European M-car owners never get to do on their home roads.
The BMW car rental Dubai market breaks cleanly into two kinds of customer. The first is the returning BMW enthusiast — someone who already owns an M-car back home and wants to drive one on Sheikh Zayed Road for a week without worrying about the licence plate recognition cameras in Munich. For them, the M4 Competition or M5 Competition is the natural choice. The second is the curious driver — someone who has read about M-cars for years and finally wants to feel what rear-wheel-drive 500bhp does in 40-degree Arabian heat. For that customer, the M3 Competition is the one to start with: it's the least intimidating, the most accessible to daily drive, and the one that will make you understand the myth.
Beyond the driving, BMW car rental in Dubai works well for longer stays. The M5 Competition is a four-door saloon that can genuinely replace your own car for a week of airport runs, dinner at DIFC, and a Friday trip up to Hatta. The X6 M Competition does the same job with the extra ride height. Our rental economics favour longer periods — a week at weekly rates is roughly 32% cheaper per day than a daily booking.
M-division BMWs are comfortable at cruising speeds and have the presence to match anywhere in Dubai — and the UAE has plenty of scenic destinations to enjoy them.
Sheikh Zayed Road is the classic Dubai cruise — 12 lanes of immaculate highway running from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, where an M5 Competition is completely at home at the 120 km/h posted limit. Respect the fixed cameras; the overhead gantries have a small tolerance above the limit and the fines escalate quickly.
Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah is a beautiful scenic destination most people don't realise is 90 minutes from Dubai. It's the highest peak in the UAE, with a summit restaurant, panoramic viewpoints, and some of the best photo stops near Dubai. The M3 or M4 Competition makes a memorable car for this day out — take it at a relaxed pace and enjoy the views.
Hatta is a shorter scenic drive inside the UAE, accessible via the E44 from Dubai. Mountain scenery, the Hatta Dam as a photo stop, and the sunset run back is one of the better evenings in the country. The X6 M Competition is the right car for this one — ride height matters when the road surface changes.
For more scenic drives across the UAE see our guide to the best scenic drives in Dubai. Please respect posted speed limits at all times — a relaxed drive is always more rewarding than an attempt to push.
Every LuxeClub rental comes with the same core inclusions regardless of which BMW you choose.
Comprehensive insurance is bundled in the daily rate — no add-on, no upsell, no "basic tier" trap. The first-loss excess is one day's rental on most cars, which is the Dubai market standard.
Delivery to any address inside Dubai — your hotel, apartment, office, or Dubai International Airport. Free on monthly rentals. Daily and weekly rentals carry a flat AED 110 delivery + AED 110 pickup surcharge. Outside-Dubai delivery (Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) is available for a larger fee.
24/7 support via WhatsApp for the duration of your rental. If something goes wrong — a flat tyre, a question about tolls, an accident — one number handles it.
The reservation fee model means you only pay AED 495 up front to secure the booking. The balance is paid in person on pickup day. The reservation fee is deducted from your total — no surprises, no pre-authorised deposits tying up thousands on your card for weeks.
A no-deposit option is available at pickup. If you prefer not to put down a damage hold, there's a flat 200 AED surcharge in lieu of the deposit — most customers take it.
Mileage is 250 km per day, 1,500 km per week, and 4,500 km per month. Unlimited mileage upgrades are available if you're planning a road trip to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, or the Empty Quarter.
Our BMW car rental Dubai daily rates are AED 899 per day across the M-division fleet. Weekly and monthly rentals are priced case by case — message us on WhatsApp (+971 58 808 6137) for a personalised quote based on your exact dates and rental length.
Daily pricing across the BMW fleet:
BMW M3 Competition: AED 899/day BMW M4 Competition: AED 899/day BMW X6 M Competition: AED 899/day BMW M5 Competition: AED 899/day
All rates are all-inclusive: insurance, delivery across Dubai (free on monthly rentals; AED 110 delivery + AED 110 pickup on daily and weekly rentals), 24/7 support, and unlimited-mileage upgrades available on request.
A few practical notes before you pick up any car in Dubai — most apply to any rental, not just ours.
Licence requirements: UAE residents need a valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence. Tourists need their home-country licence plus an International Driving Permit (IDP). UK licences are accepted without IDP for short stays at some operators, but insurance liability is cleaner with an IDP in place.
Minimum age is 25 for M-badged BMWs. Under that, insurance becomes prohibitive for the performance variants.
Salik is the Dubai toll system. Every time you cross a Salik gate (there are seven on Sheikh Zayed Road alone), AED 6 is billed to the rental. We pass that through at cost at the end of the rental with no markup.
Speed cameras are extensive, both fixed and mobile, and fines are real money (AED 400+ for minor infractions, AED 2,000 for serious ones). The published speed limit on Sheikh Zayed Road is 120 km/h with a +20 buffer — in practice, anything over 140 triggers the cameras. Drive to the limit, not beyond.
Abu Dhabi day trips are straightforward — the drive is 1.5 hours each way and the border is just an Emirate boundary, not international. No paperwork, no additional insurance needed.
For the full breakdown of Dubai driving practicalities, see our guide to Dubai driving rules for tourists.
No — our standard reservation fee is AED 495, paid at booking time to secure the vehicle. That fee is deducted from your total balance on pickup day. A refundable damage deposit (AED 1,300–2,000 depending on the model) is held on your card at pickup, but you can opt out of that with our no-deposit option for a flat AED 200 surcharge. No large pre-authorisations tying up your credit limit for weeks.
The minimum age is 25 for any M-badged BMW (M3 Competition, M4 Competition, M5 Competition, X6 M Competition). This is an insurance-driven limit, not a house rule — below 25 the liability cover for high-performance vehicles becomes prohibitively expensive. Tourists additionally need a valid International Driving Permit alongside their home-country licence.
Yes — Abu Dhabi is an Emirate boundary rather than an international border, and our insurance covers the entire UAE. The drive from Dubai Marina to Abu Dhabi corniche is roughly 1.5 hours each way on Sheikh Zayed Road / E11. Bring your IDP, watch the fixed cameras around the Ghantoot border (they are more aggressive than the ones inside Dubai proper), and budget for Salik tolls at the Dubai gates.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the rental start time receive a full refund of the reservation fee to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start, or no-shows, forfeit the AED 495 reservation fee as per our standard policy. The forfeit is non-negotiable — it exists to protect the booking slot for other customers on busy weekends.
Yes — comprehensive insurance is bundled into every daily, weekly, and monthly rate. No add-ons, no tiered coverage, no pressure to buy "premium protection" at pickup. The first-loss excess is one day's rental on most cars (so AED 1,300 on an M3 Competition), which is the Dubai market standard. If you want a lower excess, we offer an excess-waiver package for a small additional daily fee.
Yes — we deliver to any address inside Dubai, including hotels in Downtown, Marina, Jumeirah, and Business Bay, apartments, offices, and Dubai International Airport (DXB). Delivery is free on monthly rentals. For daily and weekly rentals a flat AED 110 delivery + AED 110 pickup surcharge applies. Outside-Dubai delivery (Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) carries a larger fee based on distance. We'll confirm the exact delivery time with you the day before pickup.
Start with the M3 Competition. It's the most accessible M-car in the fleet, the easiest to place on the road, and the one that best rewards a driver who's new to the M-division feel. The straight-six sounds better than the V8 in the X6 M, the rear-wheel drive layout teaches you the chassis quickly, and at AED 1,300 a day it's the cheapest way to sample what M-division actually builds. Upgrade to the M4 Competition if you want the coupe aesthetic, or skip to the M5 Competition if you need the four-door practicality for family or business use.
Yes — Jebel Jais is a lovely scenic destination for a day out in an M-badged BMW. The smooth tarmac, panoramic viewpoints, and summit restaurant make it one of the most photogenic drives in the country. Allow 3–4 hours round-trip from Dubai Marina, bring water, and check the weather forecast — the road closes occasionally for weather during winter months. We ask customers to drive at a relaxed pace within the posted limits and enjoy the views rather than the pace.
