Car Rental at Dubai Airport (DXB)

The flow, terminal by terminal:

Before you land. Give us your flight number at booking. We track it against the airline schedule. If the flight is delayed, we adjust the handover time automatically — no call needed from your end. If you're delayed inside the terminal (long baggage queue, immigration hold), WhatsApp us and we hold.

On landing. Clear immigration and collect baggage as normal. Timing: 10–25 minutes for immigration depending on terminal and queue; 10–30 minutes for baggage. Terminal-by-terminal notes:

• Terminal 3. Emirates and the Emirates network. Largest terminal, dedicated Emirates immigration lanes, arrivals hall opens onto the main road with a covered walkway to the multi-storey car park.
• Terminal 1. Most other international carriers (British Airways, Lufthansa, Etihad codeshares, Air France, KLM, etc.). Slightly smaller arrivals hall than T3.
• Terminal 2. flydubai and low-cost carriers. Physically separate from T1 and T3 — it's a 15-minute drive between them, so don't confuse them if you're arriving on flydubai.

At arrivals. One of our team is at the arrivals exit with a name board bearing your name. Suited, English-speaking, briefed on your booking. They help with luggage and walk you to where the car is parked (a few minutes on foot from the exit — DXB isn't a small airport but the car parks are directly connected to each terminal's arrivals hall).

Walk-through at the car. 10 to 15 minutes covering drive modes, cabin controls, Salik tag location, fuel level, luggage loading, and anything specific to the car. Same walk-through we do for hotel deliveries — nothing rushed because you're at the airport.

Total time from wheels-down to leaving in the car. Realistic: 30 to 45 minutes for T1 and T3, slightly less for T2 (smaller terminal). Most of that is immigration and baggage — the LuxeClub side of it is 15 to 20 minutes. This beats the shuttle-to-compound model by roughly 45 minutes.

Bentley Bentayga — the family arrival choice. The Bentley Bentayga is the car we recommend most often for family DXB arrivals. Twin-turbo V8, hand-finished cabin at Bentley's Crewe facility, air suspension throughout, and one of the quietest cabins in any SUV — noticeably calmer than the alternatives at 120 km/h after a long-haul flight. Real luggage capacity for a family of four with two large suitcases and cabin bags. Naim for Bentley audio makes the drive from DXB to Downtown or Palm Jumeirah a proper decompression. Three trims on our fleet including the Black Line Edition (white with gloss-black styling).

Audi RSQ8 — the sporting SUV pick. 591 hp twin-turbo V8, air suspension with a raise function for driveway ramps and speed bumps, and the more discreet of the performance-SUV options. Right choice if you're driving from DXB to a Jebel Jais weekend or an Abu Dhabi meeting the same day.

Audi Q3 S Line — the entry-premium pick. Right car for a single traveller or couple with modest luggage. Small enough to be easy on the arrivals car park and around Marina, premium enough to feel like a proper Dubai rental rather than a budget compact.

Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory — the VIP pick. For arrivals where the car is the moment. Full carbon-fibre Mansory aero, starlight headliner, whisper-quiet passenger experience. Book at least a week ahead — most-requested car in the fleet.

Straightforward pricing — the same rate structure as anywhere in Dubai, no airport premium:

Delivery: AED 110. Flat rate, whether you're landing at DXB, DWC, staying at a Marina hotel, an apartment in DIFC, or a Palm villa.

Pickup: AED 110. Same flat rate for when you return the car.

Free on monthly bookings. Both charges waived.

No separate airport surcharge. Some Dubai operators add AED 50–200 as an 'airport handling fee' or 'premium location fee' — buried in the small print. We don't. The AED 110 delivery is what you pay for a DXB drop-off, full stop.

Airport Tunnel Salik. One Salik gate sits on the road out of DXB (the Airport Tunnel) at AED 6, deducted automatically from our fleet account and passed through at cost on your final bill. No compound-shuttle fee. We don't run a compound so there's nothing to charge for. The kiosk-shuttle-compound flow that some operators bill separately doesn't apply.

Deposit and reservation. Same as any LuxeClub booking: AED 495 taken at reservation to secure the specific car on specific dates and deducted from the rental total at handover. A refundable damage pre-authorisation applies at pickup (amount shown on each vehicle page). Eligible drivers can opt for our no-deposit option at booking. The return trip has two shapes:

Hotel-collection-on-morning-of-departure — the easier default. Tell us your flight departure time and we collect the car from your hotel on the morning of the flight. You leave for the airport by taxi with nothing to think about, no boot to unload at the terminal, no rush against a check-in cutoff. This is what most of our airport-pickup customers switch to for the return leg once they see how it works.

Airport drop-off at the terminal — works for specific cases. Give us your flight departure time at handover (or via WhatsApp closer to the day) and we meet you at the DXB drop-off zone. Useful when:

• You're returning from an out-of-Dubai road trip and heading straight to the airport (Ras Al Khaimah, Hatta, Abu Dhabi meeting).
• You need the car right up until departure — a same-day airport meeting, a last-Dubai photo shoot, a family event that runs late.
• You've extended and don't want to move the car back to a hotel that's already been checked out of.

Either works. Hotel collection is the easier option unless you're on a very early flight (before 6am) or a very late one (after 11pm) where the timing gets tight either way.

Al Maktoum International (DWC) at Dubai South is the smaller of Dubai's two airports and serves a growing list of carriers as Emirates and flydubai gradually shift operations there over the next several years. Right now it's still less common as a Dubai arrival point, but if it's where you're landing, our airport pickup works the same way at DWC as at DXB:

• Same AED 110 delivery + AED 110 pickup. Not a separate airport, not a different rate.
• Meet-and-greet at arrivals with a name board, walked to the car.
• Same fleet available. Any car on our Dubai fleet can be delivered to DWC.
• Often quicker on the airport side. DWC is a shorter walk from arrivals to the car park than DXB — the on-airport portion of the handover is usually 5 to 10 minutes faster.

DWC is a longer drive to central Dubai than DXB (roughly 45 minutes to Downtown or Marina depending on traffic, versus 20 to 25 from DXB), but the car park logistics work in your favour compared to the larger airport.
